How to Freeze an Instagram Account?

To freeze your Instagram account, you can follow these steps:

1. First, log in to your Instagram account.
2. Once you're on your profile page, click on the three-line icon in the top right corner.
3. From the menu that appears, select "Settings."
4. On the Settings page, scroll down and find the "Account" section, then click on it.
5. On the Account page, at the bottom, you'll find the option "Temporarily Disable Instagram Account." Click on it.
6. A page will open where you can select the reason for freezing your account. After selecting the reason, enter your password, and click on "Temporarily Disable Account."
7. Once the process is complete, your Instagram account will be frozen, and your profile, posts, and followers will become temporarily invisible.

Please note that when you freeze your account, others won't be able to find you, but it doesn't permanently delete your account. You can reactivate your account whenever you want, but during the freeze period, you should avoid logging into your account.
